Lofty products are recognized for the function and elegance. It is the intention of Lofty that our guarantee to be as functional as our merchandise. Our products are designed and produced for years of use and enjoyment, and we guarantee to resolve any defeats in a professional way. . Guarantee of Lofty The guarantee of Lofty is to resolve issues of defects at no charge. In the case a client discovers a manufacturing defeat of a product then Lofty will fix the product or return the cost of the product. All repairs for product defeats require an authorization of return by a representative of Lofty. The return of merchandise without authorization is not acceptable. Lofty reserves the right after receipt of merchandise to decline the claim if the defeat is not caused by a Lofty’s defect of material, manufacturing or construction. Repair and Restoration Like any other product Lofty products may require repair or restoration, due to abnormal wear and tear (ie: coffee stains, use abuse, etc.). This repair and restoration is not covered by Lofty’s manufacturing defeat guarantee, however Lofty does provided repair and restoration services for our products at a charge. The time estimate for repair and/or restoration services is five to seven weeks depending on the amount of work required. Ordering Policy. Conformation of Orders After receipt of order we may confirm order information by email. We reserve the right to require additional clarification or information prior to confirming an order. Limitation of Orders. We reserve the right to modify or limit quantities of any order if necessary due to production schedules. If it is necessary to modify your order we will contact you by email or phone within 7 calendar days of placement of your order for your acceptance of the required modifications. Date of Delivery. The date of delivery of product will be spelled out on your order form request. If there is a modification or delay of delivery date under our control we will notify you within 10 days of placing your order. You will have the right cancel or modify your order if delivery date modification is required.. |
